Druivenras: Chardonnay
Made from chardonnay in the region of Southern Burgundy this wine has lovely vanilla aromas with a hint of roasted almonds and toast from the perfectly well integrated oak barrels. On the palate notes of hazel nuts, honey with racy acidity and a long finish. Very elegant and will slip down nicely with fish in a butter sauce.
Heerlijk bij: zeevruchten, Gentse waterzooi en geitenkaas.
